Don't mind the "absolutely", can give the right emphasis in certain situations, but the "to be completely honest" is the most embarrassing line a salesperson or politician can use you're right, it's an admission that they might not otherwise be!!

haha this reminds me of the Fast Forward sketch from the eighties where Steve Vizard would have the pony-tail and all slimy like would go to Peter Moon "Absolutely, Barry!"
