local move?   maybe grab a trailer  or ute, yourself and a mate

longer haul or interstate, e-go Transport have been popular
but you do need to wrap the machine and put it on a pallet

I always place 2 x used tyres under the pinny , then strap down with ratchet straps etc. That way, the 2 x rubber car tyres absorb all the bang banging of the trailer/ute etc. Acts like the worlds best shock absorber so to speak. Remember to place cushioning between the headbox glass/translite and the playfield glass etc. When u get the machine home, check every plug/connector in the headbox is pushed on firmly/seated properly etc. Also wrap for bad weather incase mother nature changes her mind if u get a ute/trailer yourself.

I dont know of anyone who moves 1 x item/pinny from Gold Coast to Brisbane or vice a versa, but perhaps get a MINI MOVERS FRANCHISEE with a lift tailgate Greg.
Could be the answer. They might charge you $100 or $150 for their time n petrol etc. Remember, Mondays n Fridays/Sat n Sunday are the most expensive days. Mid week will be cheaper for you.  ^^^
Behind every garage door could be a pinball collectors
