Tron LE Wanted
« on: May 24, 2012, 01:23:41 AM »
Hi everyone,

I am after a Tron LE. I know they are hard to come by but i am hoping someone on here may be willing to part with one.

I would rather one in the 1-50 range, but i will look at anything.

If you have one or you know of one that could be up for grabs please PM me.

Thanks,
Michael

Saw that, he is dreamin! (pun intended).

I just watched a NIB Tron LE on the US site for $10500 starting bid and it didn't sell. They are going a bit nuts over there with their asking prices.... ::)

Thanks for the link though... ^^^

One for sale at the moment for $7750US on rgp.

400 made - 200 stayed in the US, 170 to Europe, the remainder split between Aus, NZ et al.

Since 95% of Stern sales in mainland Europe are to operators (as per Gary Stern), just wait a while and they will start showing up in the Euro container imports to Aus (no Hertz conversion mod required either  #@#).

Plus you can avoid being gouged on the flavour of the month Stern pricing that is currently going on in the US at the moment.

I guess the other question is, are drop targets, a motorised recogniser and coloured EL wire worth a $4000+ price difference?  !@#

Thanks will have a look, as always getting it here is the problem.....

Did not know the numbers that were shipped out, thanks for that. Like that idea. May talk to a couple of container pin guys about keeping an eye out.

I ask myself that very question every day....And with some of the kits out and about for the EL Wire it is getting easier to say 'NO' its not. Will wade the waters for now and see what surfaces... Thanks for the info, much appreciated.  ^^^
