Sorry to hear your sad news Nino. I remember seeing a picture of your dad in his grey dust coat helping you paint a cabinet in one of your resto threads a few years back.

Nino, thank you for being very open with your post.

Just reading it the way it was written, I got an immediate sense of the closeness between the two of you, not just because of the words themselves, but more so because it became immediately clear it was straight from your heart.  And he has left that everlasting impression and legacy with you.

I'm sure you will, but your father will be proud of you to carry that legacy onto your children.

All the best to you and your supportive immediate and extended family, during this time and the time ahead.  You will look back one day with a huge smile, time will eventually heal.

He lived a long, positive, fulfilling life and had strong influence on those around him and beyond- can't get much better than that. Sorry for your loss.

I lost my dad a couple of years ago. But i feel he is still with me.
You father will live on in your heart.
