Title: Wear and tear
Post by: Retropin on July 10, 2011, 09:40:31 PM
Was chasing a fault on a 76 Gottlieb machine... sometimes the ball wont eject for game play.
Went through the schematics as you do.. and its the usual sequence.. AX relay.... 1C on score motor... blah blah... and also 15th position on bonus stepper.

15th position still exists... but not a lot else... dont think even Moses could have parted these better...

Suggestions anyone?... id like to repair rather than replace

WOW, have not seen them that worn. Still plenty of brass to make the bridge. I would be looking at a mod to the sprung wiper blade. Was thinking something like the brushes they use under slot cars, or a wider head on the wiper blade.  !@#

+1 to a mod for the wiper blade .. can't think of another option

Let me check my stash, Gav. I know I have NOS wiper blades and springs. Might have the rivets.
