Title: Problem with PC overLIB 4.14

Woke up this morning with this  overLIB 4.14 problem on the PC .
I think it's related to  Plugin (not sure)
So the whole screen is all mixed up and not in format
Assistance needed .

Suggest you try this

delete cookies
delete temporary internet files
delete cache
