Thanks Jady.  Also there are some excellent flipper techniques on the Papa site (under Videos/Pinball Techniques), some I was unaware of.  Looks like I have some practice to do!!

Yeah, that tip on Createx air brush paint alone is an eye opener. Nice info, thanks.
