I don't own one but have played many TOTANs...Also i know where there is one readily available to play at anytime.....
great player with great sound....
Anyway....I personally have never had a ball stuck anywhere... and i have played some serious gametime on it....
Might sound silly but it looks to me to be too much of a co-incidence...
Is it set to the right level/pitch ???
