sorry, haven't visited the forums for a little bit
oddly after auspost investigation of 2-3 months and they paid me a whole $100 (as customer chose not to insure them) + postage cost and declared missing and never left Aus but lost or stolen. I contacted Ministry of Pinball to at least give them money back and work out some sort of compensation a few days later they just sent a picture and all parts found....
I am relieved but something strange happened with customs over there....
