Old machines backglasses, tempered or regular glass
« on: September 21, 2016, 08:01:11 PM »
Hey brothers and sisters,

I am in the process of reproducing some backglass artwork to replace a badly faded / flaky original glass with a sticker or a translite and the thought just struck me. Is a backglass tempered or just regular glass.

Thanks for your replies,
Dan

What Gav said - Backglass won't be an issue. Playfield needs to be tempered.
