Title: Stupid Arcade Question!!! Can you run a sega extreme hunting from a plasma?
Post by: ddstoys on October 14, 2013, 10:35:34 PM
Hi guys as the title suggests I've always wanted a buck hunter for the shed but couldn't give up the pinball space.

Was thinking is it possible to hook up a buck hunter board to my plasma screen?

The atomiswave (red box boards) have a VGA output which runs perfectly on a lcd PC monitor but not sure if the guns will work anyone have any experience with this?

i know nothing about the guns but if you need to convert vga to component ( ypbpr) or scale the resolution to get it working let me know and i will find you a scaler.

the guns require a CRT to work AFAIK.

I did read that someone has some workaround but it is pretty average....
