Calm down wasn't having a go at you-I was talking from my prospective that's all as your question was "how do you(as in others) deal with stress" and that's my answer ok-Gotta go im getting stressed *!@

When I can get there...downt to once a week...working on twice a week...Golf Golf and more Golf!
Had the same thing with surfing when I was younger.Too unfit to surf now...working on a comeback though..lol.
