Hi Guys,
Thought I'd share a photo of some new goodies which arrived in the mail today from PinRestore.com
I've being doing it the hard way on some previous projects and I've had enough. I am currently working on a cabinet restoration at the moment (20+hours just in prep alone) and I've removed all the old braid etc. My new stapler and braid arrived!
I cannot wait to give it a go. The actual staple gun is very nice, not too heavy, but not too light n cheap either. Perfect size for pinball cabs.

Nice score Marty - I've always been interested in the exact same kit. This is good for playfield braid and fitting ?

AFAIK Nino it is good for any type of braid stapling. I'll be using it in about 2 weeks, so will let you know.
I also need to order something else from them, so if you're interested let me know.

Damien,
Their website is http://www.pinrestore.com (http://www.pinrestore.com)
They have lots of goodies specifically for restoration. Shipping is a killer (was $100USD) but they are very good and refund whats not used.
They sell staples and I got 20,000 so I should be good for a few more restorations.

I have the very stapler and use it on playfields for stapling lamp sockets, in cabinets for stapling ground braid etc. The only thing to keep in mind - no safety. So, you can point anywhere, and pull the trigger, and it'll shoot a staple :)
I have the long snout one like that one, and another one with a short snout.
You'll be happy with it!
