There's some video on Facebook :-) hope this link works.

gives you the feeling that you are sitting in your car next to the Bathurst 1000 track in a paddock (with the horse neying) with the Sunday cruise music on, definitely a little different

I would like to see a FORD badge on each side of the headbox or on the headbox metal hinges, one on the coindoor, and one on the top of the dmd display panel.

U can buy many different sizes n types from FORD that have a sticky backing and are shiny n half a centimetre thick (badge not sticker) and I reckon this blue Ford logo would make the pinball machine pop with that glossy FORD badge. I will add some to my machine to finish it off beautifully.

I know Ford has allowed the advertising n cellerbration of the Mustang brand, but I thought Ford themselves would have wanted their Ford logo on the machine themselves in more places. You can see a Ford badge/emblem from 30 metres away. Definitely a cheap accessory/mod I will be doing.

ok, have to put the ford emblem top dead centre of the translite glass then, plus coindoor n hinges etc (or wherever it looks good when machine turns up so to speak).

still think it needs the blue ford oval in a few places for sure to give it that extra zing n make it pop from a distance....chrome legs n a small blue oval placed correctly/right position ?? so many cool mods n topper ideas for this machine.

found a site for neon topper ideas etc. just a very quick look.

prefer blue n white colour neon but the reddy colour neon does match machine colour very well

http://jerseygaspumps.tripod.com/neon.html

many ideas to see here.....probably better newer products out there on many Ford supplier sites for peoples garages or games rooms or bars already ?

interesting thing is if you check out the actual 2014 Mustang there is no Ford logo anywhere (that I can see) - has the Mustang name, the Horse, 5.0 and for the Cobra versions has Shelby and the Cobra snake. Dare say the LE will be a Blue and white machine with Shelby and a Cobra emblem.

That's a pretty big topper... I could knock a few of these out scaled down to suit the machine no problems

A few people have said that their mates who don't have pins went to the car show to look at cars and they ended playing the pin, enjoyed it and that they would be tempted in getting one.

So from the perspective of getting new people into pinball it is probably a good move by Stern.

Gav, I was going to suggest Gav be a person to do this topper design/work/products for pinheads who like toppers etc, cause you have the experience of making U Beaut custom anything in neon etc. Prefer to spend my money with a member than a USA company.

Swinksy, u are correct, no Ford badges, that is just so weird n doesn't make sense.
I wonder if Ford Australia will have them (Ford logos/emblem/badges) added ?

I must say I was surprised myself, maybe they didn't want to add blue to the cabinet with all that red...

just some numbers for thought, Rotordave from NZ wrote on pinside and when you stop and think about, you can see Stern are onto something even if many sales aren't made to pinheads. Then you think of the dealers that put one in their showroom and staff play them and they then create some new pinheads.

"Well actually, if every Ford dealer in the WORLD bought one ...

11,500 dealers x $4000 cost price = $46,000,000 for Stern.

There's some potential for you

So I wonder what is the verdict among all the  !!@ petrol heads out there. Is it a winner or just another pos?
Sure looks like another pos to me, fark that cab art is shite and the current video don't help it one bit.
