Backglass sizes???HELP...

Just my luck...well not really as Im mostly lucky..lol..
Just got my NEW flash backglass....and the damn thing is 7mm longer than the original one...and WONT fit in the backbox...
The original is 648 x 723mm and the new one is 655 x 725mm....and the print is out if your measure from the bottom up...so if you could even get it in the no way will it line up with the displays...
Any help???I doubt it..lol
$300 for a wall hanging maybe??

Sounds like a "slightly imperfect" or seconds glass to me.

CPR (original manufacturer) do sell "seconds" backglasses cheaper if you ask them nicely  &&

They had some "8 Ball" glasses with slightly discoloration and they offerred a discount. not that it helps your situation !

Return the glass and ask for a refund.

yeah just made things worse for myself...I have damaged a bit of the paint now...trying to get it in...and the glass is thinner than the original as well...damn..

I almost bought one from him myself for the machine, but decided the original was still good enough.

It is simply a case of being the wrong size. If it was the correct dimensions, then you would not have accidentally damaged the glass and it would be proudly fitted to your machine.

Probably a "one off" issue that was not picked up at production ?

so it should be the same size as the original then???Are they mostly a standard size..i should see how big the firepower glass is..
