So a small coil retaining bracket broke on my (DE R&B) ball launcher. Checked out Marcos. The part was $9 without shipping and would of taken about 2 weeks. Ended up fabricating a new bracket from a thicker gauge piece of steel. The bracket required 3 holes to be drilled. No problem! The kicker? Needed to buy a new drill bit. Cost? $29! Time 1 hour.

Expensive drill bit but you still saved money. Marco's shipping is extreme.

I guess I will use the drill bit again some day! %.% I dont mind paying for shipping from Marcos when I cant buy the parts in Australia. To make it worth the postage i generally purchase extra back up parts for the future in one big order.
