Party Zone
« on: February 22, 2011, 01:23:34 PM »
This is my Bally Party Zone working again after replacing the WPC power driver board with a Rottendog. My old board had bad hacks made by the previous owner witch caused a lot of faults with the G.I. Lamp strings. It had faults with the head motor and jaw coil and part of the G.I. wiring from the transformer. I replaced the jaw coil and put a new head motor, opto board and replaced a fried chip on the C.P.U. After repairing all the faults it now works just like new. Only thing I found with the Rottendog board is now when you select a tune on party zone the buttons are reversed, select a song is now right and play a song is now left. But other than that its working as it should.
If anyone has installed a Rottendong in a party zone I would be interested to hear about it.

Definitely an interesting title. Very colorful and I used to enjoy playing it in "the old days" !
