Contact AMD, ZAX or KJWHF for a NIB as Stern don't sell machines direct to the public.
They will be the ones who can put in an order direct with Stern since Stern builds based on direct demand from global distro orders themselves and is unlikely to be sitting on surplus NIB machine inventory.
Thanks for the tip Rueben but I'm well aware of where to get a NIB Stern thanks . Same place as I bought all my others .
