I've got the opportunity to work on a Roadshow that has quite a lot of damage to the playfield. What did you use to fill the playfield? I am tossing up using knead it epoxy wood putty or automotive body filler.
Did you end up using the radiograph pens to recolor the damaged areas?
How this project looking? I enjoyed seeing how good the playfield looked after repair!

For the outhole I used an epoxy 2 part soft hand mix product you can get at any hardware store. It comes in a tube. Think the process is documented in one of the marvin DVD's.
No I did not end up using the radiograph pens to do the stipling. I used an acrylic/brush.  Unfortunately I used a sharpie pen to do some black trace and this milked into the clear. I've never seen that before and just had to happen on this playfield. Anyway you can only see it if you take a real good look.
I will post some progress pic's shortly to take a look at. This machine must have the most moving parts I have ever seen on a pinny! Think that's why it never was widely rx by operators?????
