Title: G'day Aussie Pinball (from Brissy)
Post by: spook on July 27, 2011, 12:12:24 AM
G'day everyone,

Signed up to the forum recently and I've been enjoying reading all of the interesting material here. I'm also a recent member on Aussie Arcade and it looks like there are some familiar names here too.

Anyway, I finally got myself organised several weeks ago and ventured out to buy my first pin. I lucked out and was fortunate enough to land my number one choice for my first pin, a Williams Flash. Like a lot of others, I played that machine constantly with several mates many years ago. It has been great fun reintroducing it to them since I brought it home. Since joining these forums, I've been very interested to see all the material on restorations that many of you have done.  Never really considered anything other than playing pins previously, but I'm now keen to look at doing a simple cleanup/restoration project. I'd love to get another Flash for a project so I can still keep playing the first of course!  %.%

Anyway, I'm looking forward to browsing some more and picking up some great tips from the community!

Chris (Brisbane, QLD)

$.$ Spook and  %)% to Aussie Pinball !

Flash is easily my favorite system 4/6 pinball and most pinheads agree it is a great machine to own.

It always starts with one machine and it won't be your last !

There's a wealth of information here at AP, so enjoy your time here.
