Found this staple gun in Bunnings for $16 . 2 x different sized staples are included . Works fine for stapling earth braid on underside of a playfield ^^^

Ditto
Good value and versatile.
I use mine on the plastic p/f glass guides amongst other things.

Should you use standard staples or stainless steel?
-
Pinball manufacturers only use cheap steel.
No harm using s/s I reckon, just more $$

Yes that was my thoughts also, just harder to find SS in stores. Anyone know who'd stock them?

Ive found the staples can be a bugger to get out. ^.^ Any of you guys got tricks at making it any easier?

Just heat them up a little with your soldering iron then then use a small flathead screwdriver or similar and they pop right out. You only need to hold the iron on the staple for a couple of seconds.

This is a little beauty i picked up from masters. It was around $45 and does a great job, ideal for any cabinett work.

I bought that cheap Bunnings one about 2 months ago too. Used it for the first time yesterday to staple down the fuse cards etc that I had finally got around to laminating. It worked a treat!
