Ooooh, hopefully not over a machine.

I tried to scam the weekend off so I could come up but I couldn't do it.  I can't have weekends off or any annual leave in December and January.  Hope you have a great meet Tony.  Hopefully I will make it to the next one.

Great nite Tony, thanks for your hospitality, it was excellent as usual.  Pizza was eaten, shit was talked, and there was even some pinball played!  The more I played the Cow Poke, the more I tought that it had to go on my list as a possible title.   Rare as hell, but you never know.
Thanks again Tony, and to all the attendees that made this a fun nite.

Hey Tony,

Looks like a great night. I agree with the others the Cowpoke looks fantastic (would look great with my Wedgeheads).

I'd love to catch-up for the next one.

Well what do you do the meet had to finish at some point we all gotta work on Monday. I could hang out with everyone there and the machines for a LOT longer i loved every minute can't wait to do it again. Thanks for inviting me Tony + family, better than Luna Park to me ^^^. Also a BIG thanks to Punter for bringing along a playfield glass for my Galaxy machine, way beyond the call of duty. Too good.

How did i know that as soon as i got there and walked in the room that Rod would be on the Klondike?? %.%

It really hit me last night how fortunate I am to know you people, to be around/play these types of machines, and actually own pins myself. ^^^ People who ain't into pinball will just never know.

 :lol so true!

What made it even better was the fact that I fell in love with another beauty that was right next to it.

Cow Poke was just awesome!.  You really need to play with a totally different approach than anything with 3 inch flippers.

Below is some video of the old girl in action.  First up is Dave Furball who had a cracker of a game.  Just needed that 7 to really kick it's arse.

Then Millsy steps up and demonstrates the flipper technique you need to use to play well.  The secret is to know when Not to flip

Last few seconds is me almost nudging the game through the wall to dig the ball out of the guts.  Only to have it come straight back down in a milisecond  %.%

Pinball rocks!

Well I've been to Tony's place twice now. The first time I walked in that room Rod was playing Klondike. The second time I walked in the room (about a three weeks later) Rod was playing Klondike. Could be Deja-vu but I reckon Rod has been there the whole time. %.%
