Title: Way off topic - anyone have an estate agency sales agreement in NSW or QLD?

Doing a project for a client - has anyone sold a property in NSW or QLD recently? The agent would have signed you up with an "Exclusive Sale Authority" or similar. Looking to get hold of one for each state.

NSW: register at http://www.reiformslive.com.au/accounts/add and you should be able to download a NSW one

Thanks for the links. I think you need to be a licensed agent & member of the REINSW to get the NSW one that way.
