When you post you should see a little square with a cross labelled Additional Options... just below the text area.
If you click on this you will see an option labelled Attach: and you can attach up to 4 files of up to 2MB in size per post by clicking on the Choose File button (if you need to attach more files then you can start another post, or alternatively host the files elsewhere and just link to them).
