ToM multiball Trunk issue
« on: August 21, 2011, 06:23:50 PM »
Hi all, I have an issue with my ToM after I lock the 2nd ball.
The trunk spins straight past the magnet and goes to the candle side of the trunk.
The only way that I can get Multiball is it to go in the rear of the trunk
I was wondering If anyone has had this issue and how did they fixed it

Thanks

Does the trunk work in other modes ok?

Maybe the opto interrupter may be broken?
Still loving my Metallica Premium

happens in multiball mode, and if I am am in multiball mode & I get theatre mode it doesn't work as well
I suspect it's an ic on the opto controller.

If you bought it from a dealer, inform them of the issue as it should be repaired under warranty. It could be a loose wire, a dirty opto or a connector.
