Williams/Bally HV Protection Board

I've been looking around a bit but I don't seem able to find any of these 'Williams/Bally HV Protection Board'.
At least I can't find anyone that has them in stock.
Does anyone know a supplier that has them?

I'm looking for half a dozen if I can get 'em.

I grabbed Greg's last one a little while back but I still need some more.

Does anyone know a supplier that may have them still?
Or better yet, does anyone one know who made them so I can give them a rev up to make more?  :D
