My year of rest ahead
« on: January 02, 2010, 08:11:19 PM »
Hey all.

This is NOT a "woe is me" sob story thread - rather a thread just to advise what my plans are......

I am taking a well overdue break from ANY pinball artwork files this year like custom instruction cards, site banners & other stuff , I have given a hell of a lot of free time ( too much actually ) into this stuff for the last 5+ years and I REALLY need to have a rest and spend some time with kids/family etc.....

I will finish off a new banner for AP that I have been working on and maybe a new T-Shirt design that Nino and others have had me looking at recently , as well as finish my FH and TOTAN web pages at my site - but thats it .......... done ( for a while ).

I apologise to anyone that has anything currently 'pending' with me ( Marco and Slammer , I know you wanted custom cards and Daics some FT stuff )  but I need this break.....that is all I am changing, I still have pins, I have another due shortly , I still plan to restore pins and ( if I can ) offer advice etc , so it isnt a 'pinball' break that we all have from time to time - just a break from the eye-straining, time consuming and often difficult artwork.

Cheers all

Wotto

You enjoy yourself my friend, and thank you again for all your efforts with the HH restore - it would not have been done were it not for your artwork talent. I take my hat off to you!!

You are a MASSIVE asset to the hobby Wotto, and if you need a break - then that's just a sign - "slow down" - as you are not going to enjoy it as much if you keep your eyes glued to the monitor..

Take your time and then, when you are ready - return to continue your contribution to others with your "machine saving" artwork !
