Hi All,
I'm bringing a "South Park" back to life and my main concern was a suspect DMD.
After measuring the supplies & confirming all voltages are correct, i could only assume this DMD was VERY old and 'gassy'.
I installed a new DMD tonight, thought i'd share some before/after pics.

So, if you're noticing Black 'Clouds' in your DMD, time to change it!
(after you've confirmed the voltages are correct, of course).
Enjoy!
