WHICH COLOR BLUE SHOULD I USE

Again need your help picking the closest color the two were my pics but still not confident enough what do you think?

Any chance of getting part of it to a paint colour scanner machine at a hardware - they need a piece about the size of a 5c coin.  I once repainted half a door jam where a dog had scratched at it and the match was so good you had to look hard to see it was a touch up.

Are the photos under natural light or fluro? (also w or w/o flash?)

Dan, see if you can borrow a colour chart off a panel beater or a auto paint shop then the match will be spot on.

Camera screw up colors unless lighting is perfect and the camera doesnt suffer from red shift. You decide which are the closest two and get sample cans. My guess is you'll have to mix two and maybe even add some black to get the color you need.
