white water boulder garden flashers

Hey All,
My flashing lights in the boulder garden flashing lights... well the top 4x don't seem to flash... they just seem to stay a fuzzy glow. the first 2x do.. whirlpool and man overboard work fine as they are on a different circuit but not the last 4x... it has something to do with the Driver Board as i am borrowing one and when swapped over they all work fine!!!!! any ideas where to look on my board??

Q91(TIP 107) on the driver board controls the four lamps that I think are the ones you are having trouble with.

(Light extra ball, Advance raft, Mystery and Advance boulder 5x)

Most likely it has shorted on and will need to be replaced.
