Title: Moon Alien 2 Cocktail table (Graphics)
Post by: Pinballrocks on December 05, 2010, 08:53:33 AM

Hi All,
Hoping someone can give me some advice. I recently bought a 1980 Moon Alien 2 cocktail table and have noticed that the graphics for the spaceship that shoots is out of alignment. All other graphics are fine.
It looks like there is a verticle line flashing in the centre of the ship when you move from left to right and a second white line can be seen on the right hand side of the shipapproximately 10mm away. Could anyone point me in the right direction? eg adjustment? Any help would be appreciated.  !@#

Thanks Paul

 Thanks mate.
I will try that when i get home.

The machine is also missing a Black 1 inch joystick knob ( Very Small ) and some buttons. Im trying to keep it as
original as possible.  Does anyone sell second hand or do repros of that size?

Thanks again for your help. Paul

Here are the photos, first two are on either side of cabinet, one with the joystick and other without the joystick, and the white buttons are next to joystick, as you can see the top section has broken off one one, and the whole shell or shroom of the other has completely broken, so need 2 replacement white buttons and 1 joystick.

Thanks again.
cheers

Hi Nino, Just confirming the thread size for the black joystick knob. I need the knob to screw onto a 5mm threaded lever. Have you had any luck finding buttons? Thanks again for your help mate. Regards Paul

I have recieved the package. I can use the knobs and some of the buttons. The smallest red button you sent me
fits perfectly into one of the existing button shrouds. I will glue it in.
I think i can grind down one of the other ones

Please send me your account details so i can fix you up.

 Thanks again mate.  ^^^
