I thought Gene did not own a Kingpin. He has been offer the above machine for reverse engineering.

Mike (and the fellow that jointly owns it) apparently have agreed to lend Gene their Kingpin so that some of the toys can be reverse engineered.

Here's a playfield that I rememeber being sold via RGP seven or eight years ago, I saved the pictures posted at the time as I didn't expect to see this game ever get made.

One of the cool shots is the multiball lock - the middle ramp lifts to allow entry to the "Hideout".

Love the artwork on Kingpin, awesome to see a gangster pin design as they were unofficially taboo due to pinballs history.
I played the pinmame version awhile back and it looks like a really great layout, and was a fun game, would love to play the real deal.
Have to hope Gene is not too put off by the BBB project going so far over budget

If you're interested, print the form and fax it over to IPB.

Spoke to Gene today on the telephone after FINALLY faxing my form in--
late, but "under the wire".  He says news in 30 days.  Building two
prototypes with the new board sets they sent out to have made.  After
successful testing he will begin requesting deposits and will start
ordering the parts to actually build the machines.
