Title: Brisbane guy saying G'day
Post by: BJM on July 16, 2009, 11:54:14 PM
Hey all, just popping in to say  $.$
I'll be getting my first Pin in a week or so from a local Brisbane Dealer/Guy - Star Trek: The next generation, I like bells and whistles, things that go Ping. so it fits the bill perfectly.

As a lot of other people have said before me, I think it's going to be my only one...so as soon as it arrives, I'll get some pics of it up and bore you all with them.

Ben

Welcome and have fun with ST:TNG. Actually I don't think I have ever played one, but I know a lot of Trekkies go for them.

He he... Okay it won't happen overnight, but you need to build your strategy and advance slowly, dropping hints about the hobby's great investment potential, and how it's in the interest of your childrens' future.  Ben, you're doing it for the kids mate!!

I even tried the "some of these machines appreciate in value" line...then she laughed at me and said "Are you trying to pass another of your toys as an investment"

she's a quick one...Might need some wine, flowers and chocolates ahha
