Doctor Who 02-4660 Post Location

Hi, I pulled a Dr Who playfield apart to replace a few dead lamps, and ended up with one 02-4660 http://www.marcospecialties.com/pinball-parts/02-4660 post (of which there is only 1 in the game, according to the manual) without a home. Can anyone tell me where that goes?

Under the lowest pop bumper, there are three large posts, and the leftmost (fourth post) is the mini post you describe. A rubber goes around all of the posts.
