Check that the "player 1" light is on and the lights above "player 1" scorereels are lit. The "ball 1" light should also be on. These games have a "player unit" in the backbox which are temperamental. If the correct lights are on, then we can rule that out.

From memory, there is a switch  near the ball shooter. Check that the contact close when a ball is sitting in the shooter lane.

Yes... good call Nino.. ball needs to go over a rollover switch to activate the flippers and bumpers.. its done on the way to the plunger tip

Ok... some basic stuff is needed before it gets a bit complicated... lift up the playfield and make sure that when you push the bumper ring down, the leaf switch underneath makes contact... the base of the ring sits inside a spoon.. this then presses down on the contacts.
Same with the flippers.. look at the contacts on the flipper buttons and make sure you have contact when flipper is pressed.
ALL coils on an em work on the same voltage circuit.. so if slings work, so should everything else. Check to see if you have voltage with a DMM

If all this is OK, then we need to probably look at some relays

Are the sling shots plus other not working as well ? If not I would be checking the 'Game Over' relay. From other machine schematics (1975 & 1976) there will possibly be a set of (NC) contacts housing a RED w/ WHITE tracer. Ensure that they are clean and making connection.

Mate ... don't give up ! Half the fun is tracking down the fault .

Have you checked the
"'Game Over' relay. .. set of normally closed  contacts housing a RED w/ WHITE tracer. Ensure that they are clean and making connection."

Where are you located ? Maybe another member would be kind enough to drop by and give you a hand ?

EM's are a lot easier to fix than electronic pins I reckon .
The whole principle revolves around switching an earth to complete a circuit to a coil .
Most likely all that is wrong with your game is an earth is not getting switched through properly .
Either that or there is a break somewhere on the power side to the coil/s.
I need more room ! and more $$$

If the slings are working but flippers and bumpers not.. then it strongly suggests a broken wire on the power line... would be easy to find... go to slings and follow from there.
This is the original reason why i asked you to check the voltage at the non working coils
