This was stated on their website:

We (PPS) respectfully request that the integrity and information regarding any order with us directly or any of our distributors remain confidential between the parties only, in that no detail of the order is posted on any social media outlets or public internet forum. We strongly suggest you remove any recent postings containing any order details. Failure to adhere to this request may result in the cancellation of your order and full refund of your deposit.

There is speculation that they might have taken too many orders..

Pressure is now on to deliver

Yep reading between the lines of that statement it sounds like there are going to be some disappointed people that thought they were one of the 1,000 but might miss out on the LE. If everything is above board what's wrong with someone choosing to share details of their order?

I know it is a little off topic but relates to the guy that will be the distributor for these.

At expo he won the raffle for a free brand new WOZ, should of gone to a new pinballer at least .....

Nothing but greed offering a lesser machine for the same price.  They would have been better off offering the LE at a higher price (which I bet they are kicking themselves they didn't) and then offering the standard at the $7995 price or lower so at least it doesn't look like a slap in the face the those that didn't have the opportunity to get a LE machine.

How many of us would pay for a put a deposit down for a concept car?  I can see it now, a new manufacturer announce plans to make a new  car with a few teaser shots of what it might look like and then ask for their customers to fund the project.

I cannot see Australian pre orders happening. Maybe if they were bought off the showroom floor, but surely we have learnt our lesson ?
