ain't that the truth !
Paul - it will be a close 10/10 all round - did you get a plastics set with the playfield from CPR ?
-
No...bumming...dont think they have the plastic sets anymore...
-
Paul email them and ask if the have any 'seconds' sets available...you never know !
These guys are pretty fussy so their seconds will not have too much wrong with them...
Good luck..

I'd grab em Paul &&.. may not find another set in that condition .. especially seeing as you've bought a new playfield

So that is about AUS$200 landed here - suppose it depends on what your plastics are like now.
I know what I'd be doing #@#

Allways the risk that they are crappy repros. The photo is crap so its hard to tell. Checked the guys feedback, all seems in order. Worth the risk I reckon.
-
As Pinfan suggests - Email CPR FIRST. The eBay set could be anything.
I've ordered seconds sets from them before (Flash Gordon), and there is no way you can tell the difference unless I pointed it out to you.
-
Just Bought the set from ebay....
He says that they came from CPR...
-
as you can see some of the plastics are crap...Had extra plastic stuck on top and bottom to try and fix a crack...playfield could do with a wax..lol

Fingers crossed for you on those new plastics! They will really set the machine off.

You have a huge job ahead of you Paul, with a great reward at the end of the journey. you will need a TON of patience doing the playfield swap over.
You need one of Wonder's (Craig's) Rotisseries for this job - I think MarkC has one or two spare for sale.
