Title: Triple Strike BBQ

I am trying to track down one of these from my Triple Strike ( Cam Motor??). Mine is well and truly fried.

Some motor lamination seperate to enable coil replacement, here's one where I had to manually wind a coil to get the motor up and running again. Have a close look at your laminations.


Ofcourse if you can get a new one that's the way to go.

Thanks for getting back.
I may have to do as you have done and re wind my coil if i cant get one.
I have never done one before. Is there any reference on how it is done? E.g type of laminated wire, number of windings and how to wind the bugger.?

Are you able to seperate the coil from the laminations?

If you can and decide to do it yourself, let me know and I will give you the info to do it.

Thanks everyone...all sorted. Able to source a NOS unit . Not cheap but machine is all up and going.
