Globe holders
« on: April 12, 2014, 09:25:46 AM »
Does anyone know where I can buy these globe holders from a Bally Midway Kings of Steel?

The plastic has become brittle and while the game is apart I'd like to replace them. If the originals are no longer made is there a suitable replacement available? Will these ones below do the same job? Thanks.

It's the globe holder type in the top photo with the red wire attached that I'm looking to replace.

I would try to track down an original if still available. No reason why the replacement wouldn't work.

Or maybe something like this one from Greg where the bracket is roughly the same height.  Just means that you would have a bayonet type fitting instead of a wedge type.

Addicted to pins.

Thanks guys, it seems that these holders aren't made any more. I'll have to go with the alternate.
