Central Coast Meet - 05/09/2009

I posted this to AA but am happy for you pinheads to come along. Being my first ever meet I figured I would set a limit on people coming as im not sure how many can fit in easily.

As this is now split between two forums I will edit this list as I get people saying they will come on a first post or PM basis to be fair.

Date: 05/09/2009
Time:3pm till whenever
Pins: Theatre Of Magic, Roadshow, Funhouse, Flintstones, Medieval Madness, Party Zone
Food: What do you think, snags on bbq or pizza delivery?
BYO grog as I don't really drink.

There will be some sort of competition on the night, I am thinking a knockout comp split in to rounds with each rounds opponent and pin drawn from a hat.

I will also have a two player (5 button layout) mame cab running to have a bash at.

Accommodation options:

The Dam Hotel (02) 4392 3333‎ - Literally less than 1km from my house, walking distance.
Best Western Bridge View Motel - (02) 4392 3355‎ - About a ten minute drive away.
Beachcomber Hotel (02) 4397 1300‎ - About ten minutes away, probably a bit exxy.

BRING A PIN ALONG - I reckon I could fit another 4 pins in the shed fairly easily so if you have a pin you want to bring along then the more the merrier.

Just sold hook and it is going to be picked up before the meet, so wont be in the lineup.

Yeah it will be good to see it go. I probably played less than 10 games on it really, just did nothing for me.

I should hang an out of order sign on the MM for the meet.  %.%

Yeah it would be great having a sponsor on board, but at this stage it would be very late notice organising something and getting any sponsor contributions in time for the meet.

Many thanks to Jason and Karen for putting on a great night. The much anticipated arrival of your MM was worth it- excellent nick in fact so where all the games. The Funhouse was outstanding as was the tucka. ^^^

Thanks for posting those up for me EB.

The night was a lot of fun and for a first meet it went ok I reckon. All the guys that turned up were great.

Hoping to hold another one in about 2 months. Maybe a day meet.
