Hey Pinfan, no worries re the jig, marcos and BAA have stencils and Ive shot an email off to pinballpal who were supposed to be making them.

Made a bit of progress today, still battling with the bog, cannot get the corners spot on, everytime i go to sand them
a small chip will come of just as im nearly done   @.@

Have got some more undercoats and sanding to do, but here is a pic of progress.

Bog doesn't like being sanded very thin, it breaks off back to a thicker section, leaving an unsightly outline of the bog under the paint.
For any fine scratches, small holes, and to blend out the edges of any bog use knifing (stop) putty.
It is available from Supa Cheap Auto and is basically really thick thinners based undercoat.
Only thing is in this weather you will have to leave it overnight before sanding.
