I think you could if you have photoshop, but otherwise the only way I can think of is to copy and paste it to something like "Paint" and recreate from there, but quality might be weak.
If you don't have photoshop, email the files to me and I'll have a go if you like.

I cant cut and paste because the PDF has security it will not allow editing .
I have photoshop but wont open file without the password.

PM me the file and I should be able to decrypt it.

the only way i could do a similar thing was to hit the print screen button on the keyboard and paste it into paint, then cut the part you need and paste it to a new paint doc.
bit of mucking around but it worked for me, dont know how it would work with text.

I use a program calle Screen Hunter. It is free and has no spyware or crap:
http://www.wisdom-soft.com/products/screenhunter.htm
It allows you to grab anything on your screen (or part of the screen) including pictures from eBay etc that will not allow you to download.....east and fast and you can change the settings to save the screen grabs to any file format you like.
I use it many times a day - it's brilliant!

I know the original problem is solved, but this is the one I use,
http://convert.neevia.com/pdfconvert/
it's great because it returns a pdf file which is the same as the original but any of the restrictions on saving / printing / cutting are gone.
Well worth book marking.

Looks great have placed the site as a favourite my next problem is that when i shrink it down to the required size the writing blurs will have to find a work around.
