Introducing Pinballahq
« on: June 04, 2009, 08:23:51 PM »
Hi I'm Anthony,
I've been a member of this forum for quite some time and after much prodding by Tony (Illawarra_Steelers) I thought that I should officially say hello.

Tony is my brother in law and that is how I became interested in collecting pinballs. This hobby started about 11 years ago when my wife and I decided that we should get a game for our house. I bought my first game, a Paragon, from Tony which we still have. Today, we have around 40 games ranging from the mid 50's to the late 90's.

I'm a professional Mechanical Engineer so I find the variety and the challenge of mastering all the various skills required to repair or restore some of these games quite alot of fun. I'm sure that I could be doing alot worse things with my spare time.

I like the forum content and the friendly helpful atmosphere, keep up the great work!

Hi Anthony!. Welcome aboard mate.

Your name popped up in conversation at Rollerballs meet the other night when we were discussing Joker Poker in EM form  ^^^

If you ever get the chance to post some pics of your collection, it would be much appreciated  *%*
