Title: Anyone placing a PBR order shortly?
Post by: Homepin on June 18, 2013, 02:50:40 PM
I need a 1/4 pound item (not sure how much weight that actually is in REAL measurements  %.%)

If anyone can help by adding this to their order I would appreciate it - naturally I'm happy to share freight and other costs etc.

Please PM me for details.

I was curious, how do you guys pay for your PBR orders, given the restrictive payment methods for overseas customers?

I paypal'd money to a friend in the US who then posted them a cheque.

It's a pain in the ass....     I use a bank draft but always send extra so I'm in credit so I can just order what I need and only deal with the crap every now and then.    Apart from payment options there service is exceptional

I agree i thought their service was excellent. They were very helpful and friendly and responded to all my emails within 24 hours. Shame their payment methods are difficult because price and service is great (albeit I have received my order yet but don't anticipate a problem).

You really can't blame them for NOT taking PayPus - they are the shonkyist company that is still allowed to trade - disgraceful really, they should be shut down with the dirty tricks they get up to....

Just wait until you see the disclaimers I put on my new pinball sales if you want to pay with PayPus............

A straight secure checkout with a credit card I would have thought wouldn't cause too much trouble.

yep would have thought this is an easy option, but I don't know what their turnover is, staff number etc. Maybe cc is a little expensive to setup or something. I'd be happy to pay the cc fees per transaction though. Also don't know what the exchange rate fees they'd get?

Getting the bank to give you an online merchant account is the hard part. I have tried several times and they just refuse. The banks are allowing PayPus to get a stranglehold on this market the fools!
