Title: Pinball Rubber Ring Size Chart
Post by: beaky on September 24, 2009, 07:34:53 PM
After buying all those rubber rings from mark I thought now i need a way to work out all the sizes.
I found this while looking for a chart. http://www.pbresource.com/rubber/rubberchart.jpg (http://www.pbresource.com/rubber/rubberchart.jpg)
Make sure when you print it you size so the largest rubber rings o.d. is 5 and a half inches (5.5 inches) as per what is written on the sheet.
It seems to be quite accurate.
there seems to be a couple of sizes missing.(1.25 inch: and a couple of the really small ones)
i used correl draw to print it so i could measure on screen.
Hope this comes in handy

I found some other stuff on the subject of ring sizes here

http://www.xmission.com/~daina/tips/pub/tip0117.html

it is the chart reproduced below for finding the size ring for a given post setup.  Useful if the rings are missing or the manual doesn't list them. WMS manuals don't seem to list them - grrr.

To use it get a string to measure the path the ring takes, look this up on the vertical axis, go across to the red line and drop down to the horizontal axis to find the required ring size.
