As the title suggests :)
I can clean up the machine and fix basic problems but would need to have a decent playfield, plastics, display and translite.
Cabinet fade is not a big deal, provided decals are still available from somewhere??
Cheers,
Chris

Anyone got a project IJ out there for sale, how about you Melbourne-ites? Something with a good playfield but needs work in other areas?
There is one on offer over here from an operator for 3,900. Playfield is ultra dirty (but might clean up ok), cabinet is faded bad, dodgy display and missing sling plastics. Surely there must be better options out there? !@#

That sounds like a bit of a rip-off mate. I would keep searching. Ask Mark C.

Yeah that's what I figured, and the problems I mentioned were possibly just scratching the surface as it really did need an overhaul. :(

HI Chris
we have a customer repair in here and he paid 4200 on ebay for one unshopped , sounds simular cond . we will rebuild it for him adn I am guessing it will need 1 - 2 days work plus parts, it should come up a treat , it too is very dirty.
we dont sell Indys as is or unshopped , most we fit new decals too . and even add gold plated ramps and gun handle.
keep looking you will find one I am sure

Yeah I think most businesses are grabbing any IJ's they can for full refits. Looks like a few people who have bought refurbished machines have been trying to sell them lately as there have been quite a few list on ebay recently that aren't selling.
I'm sure something will come along eventually but yeah, definately will have to be a private sale of some kind. #@#
