I demanded (and received) my deposit money back when SkitB arbitrarily changed the original terms of the payment plan. This wasn't clarified in the article but was a watershed moment for many Pred-orderers as to SkitB's veracity.
That was the point for me that the whole saga began to appear that they hadn't dotted all their I's and crossed all their T's and thus it quickly started to unravel.
I know Pinballnews wants to seem impartial and give some sense of hope, but I can't see this title ever seeing the light of day (legally).
EDIT: Just read the addendum wordpress article edit swinks and I'll change my stance. No way this machine will ever see the light of day.
