I sometimes have itchy balls, is there a cream I can use as novice 2 seems to irritate them more  %.%

try Novus 1   its less abrasive
thanks Greg, will try this as a go with ranex burnt so much their twice the size and I don't know if my pubes will over grow back.  @.@

at twice the size you would have trouble getting them into the shooter lane let alone making a ramp shot

For me I use either Bling or the high gloss balls from Pinball Life. I can't pick any difference between the two.

Not all balls are the same as I have found. Just checked 2 balls (not my own! I don't have balls of steel %.%) that I had stored in the same bag for about 2 weeks and this is what looked like. Not sure what type each is as they came with the machine.

smaller one could be from the lift sensor on the inside of the cabinet on the lhs - ball rolls in a track if the machine has been lifted otherwise  !@#

Sorry, they are actually the same size. Just the camera angle.

Yes there is a big difference in ball quality and material they are made from -  ie carbon vs steel.  You get what you pay for.
