space invaders chamber
« on: January 26, 2015, 03:32:25 PM »
Doing some cleaning on my space invaders pinball. The chamber shot only involves hitting a captive ball hard enough for it to hit a white target. Looking at the actual chamber, which is quite long, I noticed the target is positioned 3/4 at best up the dull length of the chamber. The artwork looks like it was designed to go further up, and the clear plastic guideway is the same.

Does anyone know if there was an alternative setup for this shot like inline targets or something. Would be great to be able to modify this area to make the shot more interesting.
