Title: What height should a pokie be?
Post by: piesrule on August 03, 2011, 09:55:52 PM
Can anybody tell me if there is a standard height a poker machine should be at, some have a built in base and there height would be determined, does any one have one? Or can anyone tell a standart height to the centre of the centre pay out line, or to the top of the knob on the handle, my guess for the knob height is about 1350mm to about 1500mm. Thanks.

depends on wether its for sitting or standing. Early pokies around mid fifties were for standing as they didnt want you to get too comfortable shoving the housekeeping in. I have a 59 pokie on original stand and can measure for you... tis for standing
